Julie Outside1 portrait

Welcome to March and how this year has started to fly. With last year all about releasing Karmic Debt and this year all about taking action many of us are feeling a little confused. So today I would like you to just to do one thing …. Just stop for a few moments and doing the following …  Just take three deep breathes right now and relax the mind and body (just visualize the following as you are reading this or just close your eyes for a more in depth connection) . We have had a huge year so far and now’s the time to just relax and allow LOVE to filter through the body. See this as a beautiful rainbow coloured waterfall the flow gently deep inside your heart and flows through every part of your body. Embrace this feeling for a moment and see yourself immersed in Love. Now don’t you feel a little calmer?

This what people have been waiting for… for the dark veil to lift and for those willing to embrace love you will feel the Power of Love, not the Love of Power

As I said this year is The Year of Action and it is now time for us to embrace these qualities within our everyday lives. Right now is the time to make a spiritual connection to ourselves to tap in and ask what is it that I am here for? (To do this I have an insert from my new book, The Universal Book of Life and a snippet about our Life’s Purpose & Random Acts of Kindness to help you find direction in your life) Sometimes we must think outside the box and outside of ourselves to see the beauty we can share with each other.

It is time for us to let go of the rope of guilt, regret and heartache to reveal a new horizon … a life filled with love, abundance and pure freedom. We can’t sit around waiting for this to happen we must embrace it and fight for our life, because we don’t know how much we love life until we have to fight for it. Life is worth living and you are worth fighting for.

There is no use looking at everyone else and what they have or have not because you are the master of your own journey and you have the ability to inspire others so choose the path that embraces you.

Love and peace is your friend and deception, greed and envy will only stop you in your tracks and keep you stagnate in life. Remember your spirit, your true essence that resides within you and it is time to shine your light within and ignite your passion for life once more. This is the time for us to ride on our own white horse and save ourselves. No more pretending or looking the other way we must embrace our individuality and take responsibility with our lives and charge towards a life of happiness.

I know to many this sounds like a load of rubbish, but I am telling you if you change, embrace and love life by changing little everyday habits, I know you can make a difference in your life and for those around you. You have the power within.

This letter is a little longer than unusual as I have attached a few extra articles I have written to help get you on your path today. So please take time to read them you never know they may inspire to make a small change today. Please feel free to print these and put them on your fridge or share onto others. Listed down are the upcoming events and where I will be available for Private Readings. There is also a quick link to one of my mediumship demonstrations.

PS – I have some new and exciting news coming up for you all soon!

My love to you all…

The Universal Book of Life

–       Encyclopedia of Spirituality & Beyond

My new book, The Universal Book of Life – Encyclopedia of Spirituality & Beyond has been met with such beautiful comments and responses from people here and overseas. I am extremely proud of this book and feel proud of the content that my guys upstairs have helped me to bring to life through this book. It has even been referred to being a ‘Medicine Cabinet Book’ and a ‘Bible for people about Life & Beyond’. These humbling people who have read this have done amazing things such as signing their name inside the cover of the book and reading it and sending it on a journey to ‘Paying it Forward’. Again to me I know that the message of the book has hit home for many. As I say, ‘I know I wrote it, but even to this day it astounds me how much content there is in a book of only 276 pages!  Anyway today I would like to start this tradition of randomly picking three people to start a ‘Pay it Forward’ with this book. So if you would like to read this book please email me – and I will pick 3 people to start forward this book onto as many people as possible. So if you are one these people to receive the book please write your name inside the front cover and start the process to see how many names we can put in this book. Let’s ‘Share the Love’ as I say.

Now below I have a few snippets out of the book as promised to allow you to embrace life  … So … Enjoy!

I leave you with this quote:-

light hands

“Strive to look in the mirror and see a Pure Reflection,

the true essence of who are

and don’t settle for anything less!”

 Spiritual Evolution

Spiritual evolution is the growth of a human from a baby to a wise soul that has learned through experiences, including observations, knowledge, thoughts, words and actions. It is our awareness, through reality, our perception of new knowledge and our experiences of past, present and future that leads us to wisdom and the understanding of the Divine principles of life. When we have faith, hope, love, humility, gratitude and trust we believe in the infinite truth, we open to the light of our true spiritual soul. As we evolve and grow, we understand the synchronicity of life and know that there is always a time and place when we must have faith that things will fall into place and our light will shine brighter for all to see. Our laughter, light-heartedness and our respect and compassion for all living things gives us a feeling of serenity and allows us the freedom to move through life with an understanding of peace and oneness. It is all of these principles together that create a basis to open our spiritual potential and the balance to evolve and grow through life experiences.

We come into this world with a purpose and a mission to fulfil, to help us understand the meaning of life. With so many people in the world, there are so many aspects that people do not understand about others actions and reactions. If we can follow the basic principles of spiritual evolution we can work together to understand one another as one. To help each other we must work toward mastering ourselves before finding the oneness in all. We need to delve deep inside and ask ourselves what we can do to become the best person we can be. Our purpose is to understand the human life, evolve, come together and appreciate one another on all levels. Life is about choices and depending on the choices we make and lessons we must learn determines how quickly we evolve into more enlightened beings who understand the meaning of life. Nonetheless time is moving so fast that sometimes we feel left behind. So, who do you want to be? I suggest that you buy a beautiful notebook just for you and note ideas and thoughts about what you would like to do in life. It might be a poem that inspires you or a song that makes your heart dance. You may write everything you want to accomplish. I always encourage people to start a new chapter in their own book of life by writing all their hopes and dreams. This is where you open your heart and dream of a life filled with love and respect and free of all drama. So, what’s the first page of your story?

What’s My Life Purpose?

Many people want to know what their real purpose in life is and most believe it is solely to do with their career, but is not. Life purpose is much more than a career. It’s a passion that lies within and gives purpose and meaning to your life. It is not your daily responsibilities or even your goals, it is what gives you and others around you pleasure and makes your heart sing. It is the very reason you exist. To find your life purpose you must explore and look deep inside yourself to find the true answer. To do this find a quiet place and with pen and paper, sit down and ask the following questions without any restrictions whatsoever.

What makes you smile?

What makes you feel happy? What is your favourite pastime? What makes you feel wonderful?

What has stopped you from doing what you love in the past? Who inspires you?

What do people ask you to help them with? What are you naturally good at?

What is the most important thing in your life?

What difficulties have you overcome?

What causes are you passionate about?

Once you have answers to these questions, continue writing anything else that comes into your mind until you find the theme or commonality within your writings. Sometimes when doing this, it can unlock hidden emotions but if you can feel your emotions flowing or get a tear in your eye, this is usually a good indicator that you have found your life purpose. Trust your instinct when answering these questions. You may already be following your life purpose but you may have a hard time doing it as you tire and feel run down. Remember, everything is about balance. No one said living your life purpose would be easy and it is definitely not always rainbows and butterflies, but the reward is worth it. I love the saying, ‘What doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger,’ and sometimes we have to be strong for the ones who can’t be.

What does the Future Hold?

Many people come to me looking for answers of what the future holds for them. I could tell everyone that everything will be perfect and you shall live happily ever after, and yes, this can happen with life there is no quick fix. I wish it was as simple as waving a magic wand and presto, life is perfect but life is about balance. No one, including me, can fix anyone’s life, only you can fix your own but it takes courage to work through our challenges, taking personal responsibility for our emotional, physical and financial baggage and making the right choices. I believe everything is a lesson from which we must learn to evolve as a soul. Unfortunately, some have more difficult issues than others but the biggest lesson of all is how we handle situations and what steps we take next.

Everyone has experienced traumatic events in their lives and these are always to be shared with others. It is important, that when people have sickness or tragedy within their family they understand the ripple effect around them as they try to stay strong. Sometimes we cannot understand why until many years later, when we look back and see the purpose and the results for future generations. Every person in this world deals differently with the influences and the emotions of others. With so many energies around us, there are about one hundred different paths we can take. Some may be rough and there may be detours but it is how we proceed on our journey to our destination that is the key. There are no wrong or right turns, just a journey that is changed by the people we meet along the way, the energy around us and our emotions, thoughts, words and actions. So, even though many experiences are hard they are part of our journey.

Now, I would like you to think about the lessons we can choose to change every day. It may seem difficult but we can master it. Most people’s lives revolve around lack of money and the power it has over us. But, I ask you these questions:-

What is your quality of life?

•     Does having money, all of these possessions and the debt that goes with it

make you happy?

•     Do you work really long hours?

•     Do you have time for family and friends?

•     Are you making a difference in the world?

•     What happens if sickness strikes you down?

•     What happens if you come home and your loved one is no longer waiting

there for you?

•     What if you lose one of your family members tragically?

•     If this happens, what is the quality of life now?

•     What’s your quality of life?

If money is the issue, try to live within your means and be happy with what you need and not what you think you want. Don’t try to keep up with the Jones’s because, quite frankly, they aren’t paying your bills! If you are passionate about your work then make sure you have balance and time out with family and friends. Don’t close your family and friends off, let them know how you are feeling. If you feel unhealthy, kick start your body, change the way you look at food, exercise and make a commitment to just do it, because your physical body is the most important part of you. If emotional problems are holding you back, find the root cause and work out what you need to work on or let go of. If you are unhappy in your job, ask yourself who and what you want to be. If you are still unsure how to change, start with mind mapping and create a clear picture of the issues you need to work on.

Like I said, it won’t happen overnight but if you do your best and take one step at a time the baggage and blockages will lift and everything will seem easier. You will feel stronger and before you know it, that perfect life you are looking for could be right there. So, strive for pure happiness and settle for nothing less! This perfect life is not just for us but for our children and their future. So, what exactly do you want to teach them? Do you want them to learn to use anger, blame, depression and escapism or that there is no quality of life, because everything revolves around work and money? What are you teaching them about the value of family? To send the right message, we must show them how to take pride in their lives and to be thankful, not to waste life but use it to the best of their ability.

Show them how to stand strong by accepting responsibility for their actions and how to break the negative cycles that have held you back, by teaching them how you have changed the way you live. Encourage them to be a lover, not a fighter. Teach them to respect their body and treat it with care, to listen and open their heart to others, bringing kindness to all beings. Give them the knowledge to let go of control and anything else that no longer serves their purpose. It is in our human nature to be the best we can, so let us lead by example and change our ways, so that they then have the tools to teach their children.

We must open our heart fully to life to truly balance our mind, body and soul and to create a bright future full of possibilities for generations to come. So, what is your quality of life? What do you want to teach your children? Every day is a new day, a new beginning, a new start to life… Live it!

•       Do something nice for someone: Show random acts of kindness, it will make you feel fabulous!

Random Acts of Kindness

This is a principle I love and use constantly! A random act of kindness is when you perform an act of beauty and kindness toward another human being. This shows faith that generosity without recognition is a great way to begin an amazing ripple effect through others and creating good karma. It’s not difficult to simply do something for someone else. Quite often I give money to a waitress at a coffee shop to pay for the next person’s coffee. Other times it might be as simple as letting someone go in front of you at the checkout or helping someone carry something to their car. Imagine if we all deliberately and consciously made a choice, just once a week, to do something nice for another human being. Now, imagine it happening daily! I can guarantee there would be lots of fun and smiles because random acts of kindness are contagious. The person you show your kindness to benefits from your generosity and it makes them feel wonderfully special and worthy and you in turn, feel better as you work towards a kinder world. I watched a movie with my children recently and their rule was, every time anyone in the family made a negative statement about another person, they had to instantly say three positive statements about them. I really like this aspect because these days, it is much easier for us to comment on negative behaviour rather than positive behaviour. I always say, never underestimate the impact of kindness shown towards others, because one day, someone will show the same to you. Here are various ways of showing and sharing random acts of kindness.

Quick Guide to Random Acts of Kindness

•     Pay for the next person’s cup of coffee.

•     Put money in your parking meter as you leave.

•     Help your neighbour mow their lawn or trim their hedges.

•     Send a thank you note to someone who has made a difference in the community.

•     Send a thank note to caring professionals for example, police, fire brigade,

ambulance, hospital, teachers and any others who inspire you.

•     Walk a friend’s dog or offer to feed the dog when they are away.

•     Send flowers anonymously to someone who has helped you out.

•     Give up your seat on the bus, train or in the shopping centre.

•     Pay for one or two grocery items for someone who is behind you in line

at the grocery store.

•     Allow someone to go before you when standing in line.

•     Leave a tip for good service.

•     Pick up rubbish on the side of the road or when you see it laying around.

•     Give another driver your parking space.

•     Leave an inspirational book on a plane, train or bus for someone to read.

•     Smile and say hello to people you don’t even know.

•     Buy a lottery ticket for a stranger.

•     Volunteer your time at retirement homes, animal or homeless shelters.

•     Give blood.

•     Donate money to charities.

•     Give your family members a day off, with no chores, every now and then

(not just on birthdays or special occasions).

But most of all, be kind, be thoughtful, be courteous, give daily compliments to others and give recognition to people who have done amazing deeds within your community. Be kind towards your family and friends.

Quick Guide to Random Acts of Kindness for Kids

•     Give compliments daily to others.

•     Take the neighbours dog for a walk or take out their wheelie bin

and perhaps wash it.

•     Help your parents by doing chores without being asked.

•     Give Mum or Dad a FREE day when you do special things for them

throughout the day.

•     Write a special note to your parents telling them how special they are.

•     Organise something interesting to do with your grandparents

and elderly friends.

•     Smile at your bus drivers.

•     Write a thank you note to your teacher let them know you appreciate

all they do.

•     Help your teacher clean the classroom.

•     Say good morning to the teachers, principal, staff and classmates.

•       Let a classmate go before you at the canteen.

•       Invite someone new to play with your group.

•       Collect food, clothing, toys and books to give to charity.

•       Create a painting or craft or make a special package to take to

an elderly friend.

•       Send a thank you note to a caring professional in your community for example the police, fire brigade, hospital and any other people that inspire you.

•       Pick up any rubbish you see laying around.

•       As a school class, put each child’s name in a bowl and each day, choose a name so the class may do random acts of kindness for that one person making them feeling like a prince or princess for a day. This is a great way for children to interact with others they usually wouldn’t interact with. This can be done for teachers too.

•       & SMILE… It’s contagious!
